5. Data Storage and Security

• Your account data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database.
• Uploaded files are stored in encrypted cloud object storage with user-scoped access keys.
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
• File download links use cryptographically signed tokens that expire after 5 minutes.
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.

6. Data Isolation

Your data is scoped to your account. You can only access your own reports, chat history, and uploaded files. Other users cannot access your data.

7. Data Retention

• Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• When you delete a report, both the database record and the stored file are permanently removed.
• When you delete your account, all associated data including reports, files, and chat history are permanently deleted.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your reports and uploaded files at any time
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Change your password
• Opt out of notifications

9. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
